Munchkin Starfinder Dice Samples!

We've received tooling samples of the dice for Munchkin Starfinder! These are not final, but are a good representation of what the final dice will look like. These are some of the sharpest looking dice we've created, if I do say so myself. 

The die on the left will be included in the game, and the both colors of dice will be included in the Munchkin Starfinder Dice Pack. 

The past week has been a bevy of prepress meetings for Munchkin Starfinder, and we're hoping to have everything off to the printers very shortly. We're definitely pressed for time with the holidays closing in, but things are looking up. 

Also, a quick reminder that the BackerKit survey has been sent out, so please respond to that if you haven't already. We will be closing the survey in the near future, so please reply as soon as possible. That also means that BackerKit preorders are closing soon, so if you have friends or family looking to get in on the action, make sure they have this link!

Starfinder Pre-mortem, Preorders, & Surveys!

Today we crossed a production milestone for Munchkin Starfinder; the pre-mortem! This is our internal process to check, double-check, triple-check . . . you get the picture. Our production team and Steve review the files for boxes, cards, and pretty much everything associated with the product. Once we complete the pre-mortem, we go back and make changes, continuing the approval process. When we're done with prepress, we'll send it to print! 

In other news, there are about 275 backers who have not replied to their BackerKit surveys yet. We'll be closing them in December, and have to finalize numbers, which means we'll have to cancel and refund any pledges that haven't submitted their information. Please respond to those as quickly as possible!

Preorders are also still open through BackerKit, so those of you with friends and family that missed out on the campaign, please give them this link so they can preorder the game for themselves! These will be closing when the survey closes.

BackerKit Surveys On Their Way, Preorders Open!

Fellow Starfinders, the day has come! The BackerKit surveys are being sent out, requesting your shipping information, and giving you the option to purchase additional add-ons. The link to your BackerKit survey has been sent to the email associated with your Kickstarter account, and should be arriving in the next day or so.

For those that missed out on the Kickstarter, you can now preorder through BackerKit! If you have friends or family that want to get in on the action, just give them that link and they can order their own games and add-ons.

We want to make sure everyone gets the rewards they want, and the longer you wait to fill out the survey, the more likely you are to forget. So please reply to your BackerKit survey as soon as you get it! The emails are sent in batches, and they should be all sent over the next 24-48 hours.

And that’s a wrap! Thanks to you amazing backers we’ve raised over $84,000, and we’ll be creating some awesome Munchkin Starfinder loot!

If you didn’t get the add-ons you wanted yet, or were watching the campaign and missed out, stay tuned! After we receive funds from Kickstarter in a couple of weeks, we’ll be launching our BackerKit survey. There, you’ll be able to select your add-ons, and add additional funds. 

Thank you all so much for this incredible amount of support in only 10 days. We’d better get back to making more Munchkin!

Howard Tayler: Illustrating Munchkin Starfinder

Thank you all for helping us reach the $75k stretch goal and our Facebook goal! We have one more Backer number reward to unlock, and we've added another Facebook share goal, so let's try to reach them both! 

Over the past couple of years, we’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of new artists on the Munchkin comic book from BOOM!, on our Guest Artist Edition series, and on the Munchkin Collectible Card Game. Munchkin Starfinder gives us that same opportunity. Starfinder has a unique look, full of colorful and stylish sci-fi characters. And who better to lend his talents to this game than the artist behind the sci-fi webcomic Schlock Mercenary, Howard Tayler!
